Nathan John Feuerstein, who was born on March 30, 1990, is a popular American rapper from America. Two EPs were released by Feuerstein I'm Free (2012) [3and an EP that was self-titled in 2014. He was signed to Capitol CMG. Mansion was his first major-label release. The second album of his studio, Therapy Session, which was released on April 22, 2016, peaked at number 12 of the US Billboard 200. The albums have been awarded numerous awards which include the Gospel Music Association Dove Award in Rap/Hip Hop Album (Therapy Session). Perception, NF's 2017 album, was ranked number one in the United States, and was certified platinum. The third single, "Let You Go", reached number twelve in the United States. Billboard Hot 100 reached number one in the U.S. and was also a top-ten worldwide chart hit. The sequel, The Search (2019) was a commercial hit. Feuerstein stated that rap was for him as a way to escape his youth. He would record songs on his karaoke machine. The raps he penned were recorded with one microphone. On November 29 of 2010, Feuerstein independently released his debut album Moments under his real name. He released "Alone" as his first single on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith, songwriter and producer of the track, was the featured artist. Xist Music was attracted to Feuerstein's work in 2012. The artist published his debut extended play I’m Free on May 2, 2012 and Profitt provided the production. The album's tracklist contained nine tracks that included "Alone". The EP also included an exclusive version "Alone" featuring Sean Simmonds. Xist teased that NF would be released however Feuerstein left the label over disagreements. NF production was postponed. NF included a track, "Only One", featuring Shuree Williams on the label’s compilation album, Move Vol 1 On November 4, 2013, he released the single "Beautiful Addiction". The song again featured an appearance from Profitt and also the vocals of Brady Schmitz and Danielle Swift.
