Tracy Spiridakos has been nominated for most outstanding Actress on Television by NBC's post-apocalyptic sci-fi show Revolution. Spiridakos' parents are Greek. They were born in Winnipeg Manitoba. They moved the family to the Greek town Skala close to Sparta at the age of four years old, before returning to Canada when she turned nine. She has a strong affinity with her Greek heritage and speaks fluent Greek. She was a student at Oak Park High School, Winnipeg. Spiridakos was a student who relocated to Vancouver to pursue an acting career in 2007, was offered a role on Supernatural within just a couple of days. She was a television actress and was awarded her first starring role with Majority Rules! in 2009. In 2011 she debuted as a character actress in feature films, with Rise of the Planet of the Apes.
